Your gift of $50, $100, $250 or $500 or more can:

  • Reduce time, money & resources lost when students “wander” professionally
  • help students and their families better understand their career options
  • Provide students with the professional adaptability needed for successful and fulfilling careers in a chaotic, rapidly changing work world
  • Help our nation maintain strong world-wide industrial leadership

It is critical that we equip students, their families and teachers with valid information and insight into their career options. With your support, we can provide resources that will help our students make intelligent and workable choices about their future worklife.

Let’s make a difference in the lives and education of our students and our future economy! Frankly, completing this book will probably be my last major project!!

More than ever, our youth need guidance and I am committed to helping them succeed. Countless students are graduating from college with:

  • Heavy student debt
  • No career focus
  • Major in an outdated field, one they don’t fit, or with limited opportunities

Employers will experience:

  • A skilled talent shortfall of 14 to 25 million workers
  • Approximately 75 percent of future available jobs will require higher skills
  • About 25 percent of available jobs will need lower skills: however, 64 million Americans will possess only low skills

To address these critical issues, I am writing a book and combining my research with a targeted outreach program. Through my non-profit, Career Design Foundation, this new project will help students and their families begin to determine a meaningful purpose for their future worklife. My upcoming book, Reading, Writing, Arithmetic and REALITY, will provide information to unite students’ educational experience with fulfilling career possibilities.
